My brother told me about this.
"Brooke Shields will play Chris MacNeil, the mother of an afflicted child, and Richard Chamberlain will play the veteran demon-chaser Father Merrin in a stage adaptation of "The Exorcist" that will be presented this summer at the Geffen Playhouse in Los Angeles."
